MEO CLASS 2

MEO CLASS 2 examinations are conducted by the Directorate General Of Shipping - Ministry of Surface Transport, Government Of India. After passing these exams the candidate becomes eligible to sail as a second engineer on board ship. For appearing in these exams the candidate must have sailed as a fourth / third engineer for a minimum duration of 12 months.
